otherwise, great composition and theme
The birds are just very sharp, and the snow has a lower opacity and flow. I will probably still play around with a couple of version of this. Thank you for the input!
I think I like hard obstructive grunginess. But I am often told my work can be too busy! Which is very similar to my brain. Heh.
But thanks for the critique.

To be honest, I don't care if people are just saying "good job" or if they are critiqing my photo manipulations. I appreciate the critiques of course. But I don't think of it the same way as I think of say, writing. I need constructive criticism on my writing because I want to improve my skills, and people can tell you exactly how to do something in writing.
For my photomanips, it's more just a way to relax, and I learn as I go. Nobody is telling me how to create any of the visual stuff, they are telling me what looks good to them or not.
I like to hear what looks good to other people, and try and make it more appealing. I suppose that teaches me how others see things visually, and I can make something appealing to a wider audience.
But I don't consider that the same as skill building. It is, but it isn't. Anyway, this is just a rant. I enjoy seeing things from other angles, which is why input is so good!
I think my point is that most people feel that way too, which is why deviantart is not well known for good critiques.
I know there are some comment revolutions probably still floating around DA somewhere. Though I don't know if anybody is still really enforcing that stuff.
